How It Works: Renting Tablescape Packages

1. Select a Collection

Pick the decor collection that fits your theme and vision best.

2. Determine Number of Tables to Decorate

All tablescape designs are rented and packaged by the table and include all the décor on top of the tablecloth. Each collection includes designs for round tables and long tables.

3. Select Your Customizations

Change the table runner for a different color, swap glass votives for gold, choose candlesticks instead of pillar candles. We’ll discuss your vision together to customize your table décor design.

*Floral arrangements are not customizable.

4.. Add Table Accessories & Other Rentals

Complete your tablescape with chargers and table numbers that perfectly compliment your table decor. But don't forget about arches, backdrops, floral swags and our beautiful mirror sign.

5. You're Ready to Decorate!

Choose to pickup the décor rental or have it delivered and you are ready with everything needed to decorate your event tables.

How do I rent table decor from Betty's Love?

Let's start with a consultation! I want to hear everything about your vision for your wedding or even and am ready to share with you how Betty's Love can help execute your vision. Consultations are about 30 minutes and can be virtual or in person.

Is a deposit required to reserve equipment?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit and a signed contract in order to reserve your rentals. Final payment is due 14 days prior to your reservation.

What if equipment is damaged or lost during my rental period?

You are responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your rental period. We require a $100 refundable damage deposit on decor rentals. The cost to replace damaged items will be deducted from the refunded amount. If the cost exceeds $100, then the card on file will be charged for the remaining balance.

How long is the rental period?

Rental period for all items is 4-6 days.

Does Betty's Love offer delivery?

Yes, delivery varies based on product and number of items rented. Delivery prices start at:

Arch and/or Picnic Delivery Only - $50 / within 10 miles of Blaine
Tablescape Packages (12 or less) - $100 / within 20 miles of Blaine
Tablescape Packages (more than 12) - $225 / within 20 miles of Blaine

Does Betty's Love offer setup?

Yes, setup and tear down is available at an additional cost. Cost depends on the collection and the number of tables. Delivery charges apply in addition to setup costs.
